The new agency’s brand needed to be visually strong and convey innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit (San José is “the heart of Silicon Valley” after all), while looking professional, reliable, friendly and local (harkening back to the City’s sun logo). The website is user-focused and mobile first, the marketing materials compelling and easy to understand at a glance—with the flavor of San José. SJCE launched customer service with over 95% of customers choosing the new electricity provider.
