MIG has been a trusted partner for First 5 San Diego for many years and for many projects, providing strategic planning and implementation services; meeting and partnership facilitation; marketing, communications, and design expertise; and media relations.

The 2020-2025 Strategic Plan and the Roadmap for Systems Change include refreshed mission, vision, values, and core functions, developed through strategic planning and team meetings.

After reviewing data, research and analysis, and assessing current strategies, initiatives and results, MIG implemented a community engagement plan that included stakeholder interviews, focus groups, online surveys and a project website to share information and receive feedback. As the project evolved, we adjusted and amended our work plan and contract, meeting emerging needs with on-time and on-budget results.
