Regis University Master Plan

When a university expands from three to five colleges and the community around it is also growing and changing, it’s time for a Master Plan that provides an attractive, adaptable and effective 21st century learning environment, and integrates and connects study, gathering and contemplative spaces throughout the campus. And adds a little “wow” factor too.

Through a combination of transportation and placemaking improvements, the plan leverages the University-owned land along Federal Boulevard. It provides more robust student housing supply and choice and improves a variety of services and amenities across the existing and future campus footprint. Importantly, the Plan integrates all of these key elements along with architectural character, new recreational and health facilities, laboratories, gathering and open spaces and pathway designs, transportation, parking, utilities, drainage, signage, wayfinding and art.

With this plan in place, Regis University ensures its continuing stature in health care professional education, with a comprehensive vision for future growth, evolution and change.
