Northglenn Civic Center Master Plan

Our multidisciplinary team translated extensive stakeholder and community input into a reimagining of the City’s entire Civic Center campus. The existing City Hall, Police Headquarters, Courts, Recreation Center, Senior Center and Theater will all need to be replaced within ten years and the City needed a comprehensive look at how the different elements of the site can come together to best serve the community.

We helped the City take advantage of an amazing opportunity to leverage planned community investment to develop the campus as a mixed-use city center. The new Master Plan includes streetscape and public space design, landscaping guidelines, trails, public art, grading, utilities, roadway alignments and rights-of-way, parking facilities and strategies, drainage and detention, signage and wayfinding, and building programs, footprints and guidelines.
