Vallejo’s Planning Department can now easily respond to peak project demand and address “special projects” while performing all their day-to-day tasks. The largest city in Solano County, Vallejo is growing along with the area. We provide development review services and support City efforts to address special projects such as medical marijuana dispensaries and other community needs. We prepare staff reports, resolutions and conditions of approval related to applications for Development Plan, Design Review, Use Permit and development code amendments, as well as the associated CEQA documents. We also facilitated inter-department coordination, have provided briefings for decision-makers and have presented projects at public hearings.
