Roxanne Evanoff (SPHR) directs the firm’s Human Resources nationwide. While an undergrad, Roxanne studied Business Law and fell in love with law—but not with the thought of being a lawyer. So she structured her own degree at the University of Colorado in Law, Psychology and Business Administration. This multi-disciplinary approach to learning has served her well in her role at MIG. She joined the company in 2016 as the Denver Office Manager and Executive Assistant, working on planning documents and coordinating teams. MIG’s values, mission and vision meshed with her concept of a great company to work for. Roxanne brings nearly 20 years of experience in the professional services consulting and the A/E/C industries, having worked previously as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant and Office Manager at various firms. When MIG needed an HR Director, she earned a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certificate from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She views her role now as helping other MIG employees to do their best; writing, tracking details and solving problems; and improving efficiencies. In other words, helping good people do good work that makes a difference in the world. Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys everything Colorado outdoors—hiking, water sports, camping—as well as traveling and spending time with family and friends.
