California is home to 6 of the top 20 community colleges in the US, according to a study by WalletHub, a personal finance website. MIG had developed Strategic Plans for 4 of those:

Congratulations to our clients for making the Top 20 list! The WalletHub study analyzed data from 650 nationwide schools that belong to the American Association of Community Colleges. Researchers looked at 18 quality indicators, ranging from in-state tuition and fees to student-faculty ratios and graduation rates.
The California Community Colleges system was first established in 1967 and currently has about 2 million students enrolled. Seventy-seven of California's 116 community colleges were included in the rankings.
