We are excited to be growing our accessible design and planning team and are seeking a leadership role for an experienced Director of Accessibility Services to join our diverse team of professionals in any of our Northern or Southern California offices. Candidates located in any other MIG location (Texas, Washington, Colorado, New York or Oregon) may also be considered.
MIG supports a hybrid office/remote schedule and encourages in-person work for learning and team-building opportunities. Leaders at MIG should work in the office at least twice per week to lead teams, provide mentorship, and contribute to office culture. Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination is required.
MIG works on projects nationwide; some travel, evening, and weekend work will be required for community engagement or to meet deadlines. MIG encourages a work-life balance, and these excess hours can be offset during the week when possible.

This is a full-time, hourly position with eligibility for overtime compensation and a pay range of $50-65/hour ($105,000-$135,000 salary equivalent) commensurate with location, skills, licensures/certifications, and experience.
